Booking & Reservation :
We require a deposit of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ) in order to book any suite. You may pay by :

Direct deposit
If you choose to pay your deposit by wire transfer then we will send you our bank account information.
If you choose to pay your deposit by credit card ( Visa / Master Card / American Express ), then we need you to send us an authorization. You may:
- Call us by phone with your credit card information ( phone # 647-885-5543 ); or
- Fill in the following authorization and :
1- either e-mail it to : better-service@hotmail.com
2- or fax it to : 1-866-620-1194 ( use the fax if you are faxing from North America only )
((( I, ( enter your name ), authorize Better Service to charge my credit card # ( enter your credit card number ) with Expiry date ( enter expiry date ) the amount of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ). I understand that this amount is being charged as a deposit for booking a furnished suite with Better Service.
A deposit of Five Hundred (500 ) Canadian dollars is required in order to book any of our suites. The 500 dollars will be considered as a part of the rent upon arrival.
Cancellation / Changes :
o If you cancel or change in less than 30 days before the booking starting date, then you will lose your 500 dollars booking deposit.
o If you cancel or change and you still have 30 days or more before the booking starting date, then you will be charged only 50 dollars as an administration fees and you will get the balance of your deposit back.
Check-In / Check-Out time :
- Check-In time : after 3:00 p.m. in the arrival day
- Check-Out time : by 11:00 a.m. in the leaving day
